1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at iwebconcepts.com and its related pages, tools and forms (the "Site"), operated by iWeb Concepts LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("iWeb Concepts," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes that business.

2. Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for business owners, managers and representatives who are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in every form you submit and to update it if it changes.

3. Services, Pricing and Online Orders

Service descriptions, starting prices, package examples, quiz recommendations and package builder estimates are provided for information and planning. They are not an offer that can be accepted and do not add deliverables to any order. Prices, tiers and availability may change without notice until an order is accepted.

When you submit a package through Set Up Services Online, you are requesting services. Every order is reviewed by our team. An order becomes binding only when iWeb Concepts accepts it in writing. Accepted orders are governed by the iWeb Concepts LLC Service Agreement and its Exhibit A Service Order, which control over these Terms for any purchased services. Our first invoice is issued by the next business day after acceptance, and work begins after payment and receipt of the onboarding materials we need.

Monthly services, 12-Month Agreements, one-time projects, onboarding and setup fees, advertising management fees and add-ons are billed as described in the Service Agreement and summarized in our Refund Policy. Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to the advertising platform.

4. Electronic Signatures and Communications

You agree that typing your name, checking an acceptance box or clicking a submit button on the Site constitutes your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You consent to receive agreements, invoices, notices and other communications from us electronically at the email address you provide.

5. Text Messaging Program

If you check a text message consent box on the Site, you agree to receive text messages from iWeb Concepts LLC at the mobile number you provided. Depending on the form, messages relate to your inquiry, package review, onboarding, appointments, account and service updates, and customer support.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, page designs, service descriptions, pricing tools, quizzes and code, are owned by or licensed to iWeb Concepts and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

References to Google Partner and Yelp Partner status describe our partner relationships. Google, Yelp and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply that those companies endorse iWeb Concepts.

7. Information You Submit

You are responsible for the information, files and materials you submit through the Site. You represent that you have the right to provide them and that they are accurate and lawful. You grant iWeb Concepts permission to use submitted information to respond to you, prepare recommendations and proposals, review orders and deliver services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, protected health information or other sensitive regulated data through general Site forms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or business.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Site or submit forms, except for search engine indexing that follows our robots rules.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as scheduling tools, customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms, payment processors, advertising platforms and map or font providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, advertising auctions, competition, market conditions and your business operations. Examples, case descriptions and estimates on the Site are illustrative. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, review volume, lead volume, sales or revenue outcome.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, iWeb Concepts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is not legal, tax or financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iWeb Concepts and its owners, members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site, apart from purchased services, will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for purchased services is governed by the Service Agreement. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless iWeb Concepts from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or information you submit that violates the rights of another person.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@iwebconcepts.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 15 days. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction requirements, disputes will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in St. Lucie County, Florida. Disputes about purchased services follow the dispute terms of the Service Agreement.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date and applies from that date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes do not alter a signed Service Agreement without mutual written acceptance.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any accepted Service Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and iWeb Concepts regarding the Site.
